I’m Ingela - an Australian marketer, creative, and woman living with endometriosis.
Rest Unfold was born from a growing frustration that systems are never designed with women’s bodies in mind - combined with the lived reality of navigating chronic illness while building a successful career in marketing.
After seven years scaling brands in fast-paced environments, burnout revealed a truth I couldn’t ignore: success that costs your health and peace isn’t success.
Behind Rest Unfold and its devotion to softness is strategic expertise: the same clarity and systems I once used to scale seven-figure brands, now reimagined to support the body, the nervous system, and natural feminine rhythm.
My work is also deeply informed by my photography - a creative practice that shapes how I see, feel, and design every project.
